PROVIDER INFORMATION

Effective January 1, 2006, Section 63.2-503.1 of the Code of Virginia requires most applicants for Medicaid to provide proof of legal presence in the United States. Undocumented or illegal aliens applying for Medicaid payment for emergency services are not subject to the legal presence requirement.
