Day Support (DS) Waiver
SERVICES
Effective August 28, 2006 daily management of the waiver was shifted from DMAS to the
Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services, Office of Developmental Services (ODS).

Intellectual Disabilities/Mental Retardation (ID/MR) Waiver
SERVICES
Effective August 28, 2006, daily administration of the waiver will be managed by the Department of Behavioral
Health and Developmental Services, Office of Developmental Services (ODS), in collaboration with DMAS.
