OVERVIEW
DMAS utilizes invitation letters to provide details regarding our on site training sessions, which are offered at various locations statewide. The training letters provide you with in an overview of the session along with dates, times, locations and directions to each site. Click the training topic to review the invitation letter below. Once you have decided on the session you wish to attend, click the link provided in the letter that corresponds with that session and complete the online registration form. You will receive email confirmation once registration is complete. If you do not receive your confirmation online via WebEx please contact us at the number provided in the letter.

ABOUT WebEx
The Department of Medical Assistance Services has incorporated Cisco WebEx for both Live and Recorded WebEx Sessions online in support of the training initiative for Medicaid Programs. WebEx allows us to connect with anyone, anywhere, in real time, and combines desktop sharing through a web browser with phone conferencing so everyone sees and hears the same thing during our trainings. To access any of our online WebEx trainings click Upcoming WebEx Sessions bellow, this will open the WebEx home page and the sessions scheduled for that day will be displayed.

LIVE WEBEX SESSIONS
Once you have clicked the links as instructed above you may choose the tab labeled to see all sessions scheduled. After locating the session you wish to attend, simply click and follow the instructions given; the password needed is You will receive an email with all of the training details. Make sure you keep this email as it contains all of the information you will need to log onto WebEx on the day of your training. Be aware that you will also be required to dial into a conference call on the day of the session; all of this information will also be contained in your email. RECORDER SESSIONS
Recorded sessions are provided to assist you in understanding the requirements for conducting business with the DMAS. These pre-recorded sessions add value as you are able to access them at your convenience and they provide excellent preparation when viewed prior to Q&A only WebEx sessions. In order to view recorded sessions click the link as instructed above. On the left hand menu bar under the title, click, "Attend a session", then click "Recorded sessions." You will see a list of all recorded sessions.
